We never charge for:
- correcting program mistakes and fixing bugs;
- updates of a current version;
- hot-line support via e-mail or skype.
Paid services include:
- visiting customers' offices by our specialists;
- program modifications. We can further develop PalmOrder in a way to satisfy your needs and fit your business processes. Such improvements are not included in the license price and are determined according to the current value of an operating hour of our specialists multiplied by the number of hours spent.
Currently the rate is $20 per hour.
The firm that supports your accounting system is free to determine the cost of its service.
